About the job Telemarketing Sales Representative Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound and inbound calls to engage potential and existing customers. Present Comcast products and services (e.g., internet, cable, phone) to match customers' needs. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Build and maintain customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up. Handle objections and provide solutions to customer concerns professionally. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the system.

Stay updated on Comcasts latest products, promotions, and industry trends. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 1 year in Hard Selling or any related Sales roles. Skills: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and communication skills.

Strong ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively. High emotional intelligence and resilience in handling customer rejections. Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).

Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications. Attitude: Results-oriented, motivated, and customer-focused.
