No experience is required. Paid training is provided.This position involves hands-on work installing, splicing, and testing fiber optic cable for telecommunications networks. Candidates will work in the field, support construction crews, and learn industry-standard fiber splicing and testing practices.This is a traveling construction position with consistent hours, overtime opportunities, and long-term career growth in a high-demand industry. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform fiber optic cable installation, splicing, and testing in OSP environments. Assist with cable preparation, fiber terminations, and enclosure builds. Learn and operate fiber testing equipment including OTDRs and power meters. Follow construction prints, job specifications, and Methods of Procedure. Support troubleshooting and maintenance of fiber optic networks.
