What You'll Do
  • Provide exceptional hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments
  • Build lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and personal style
  • Recommend salon services, treatments, and products tailored to each guest
  • Pre-book appointments and promote future services to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Stay current with trends, tools, and techniques through ongoing education
  • Collaborate with teammates to create a positive and inspiring salon environment
What We're Looking For
  • Valid cosmetology license (or pending license, if newly graduated)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Passion for continued education and professional growth
