LPL Financial is seeking a motivated and technology-driven Software Engineering new grad to help build innovative solutions that support financial advisors and their clients. This role will work alongside experienced engineers and mentors, contributing to real-world projects while gaining hands-on experience with modern software development practices, cloud technologies, and AI-powered development tools. This role is ideal for entry level candidates who are passionate about coding, problem-solving, and building scalable technology solutions.

  • Hands-on experience through coursework, internships, hackathons, or personal projects using at least one programming language such as Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript
