No specific experience is neededjust a strong work ethic, a commitment to learning, and a desire to choose shifts that fit your busy schedule.
Your responsibilities:
- General labor: assist with various tasks across the factory floor, including material handling, sorting components, sweeping, and general area cleanup.
- Machine support: load raw materials or components into simple machines and remove finished parts, preparing them for the next stage.
- Visual inspection: perform basic visual quality checks on products to identify obvious flaws or missing components.
- Packaging and labeling: assist with the final stages of production, including packaging finished goods and applying basic tracking labels.
- Flexibility: quickly learn and execute different factory support tasks as priorities shift during the short-term mandate.
