Job Overview
The Entry-Level Sales Consultant is responsible for connecting with prospective clients, understanding their tax-related concerns, and helping identify potential solutions through Priority Tax Relief's services. No prior sales experience is required. The ideal candidate is confident communicating with others, eager to learn, coachable, and motivated by the opportunity to grow and earn additional compensation through commission. Through training and hands-on experience, Sales Consultants develop the skills necessary to build client relationships, overcome objections, and achieve performance goals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with prospective clients by phone and through other approved communication channels
  • Build trust and rapport with clients through professional, empathetic, and engaging conversations
  • Listen actively to understand client concerns, circumstances, and needs
  • Learn and communicate information about Priority Tax Relief's services and solutions
