SUMMARY
Operates CO2 gas laser devices by performing the following duties:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Follows machine pre-operation checking procedures.
  • Positions metal components in fixture and places component on fixture-holding table inside enclosure.
  • Types instructions to initiate production cycle and to return fixture-holding table to unload position.
  • Works with engineering to developed fixture design.
  • Performs all required preventative maintenance.
  • Cleans and maintains machines optics.
  • Inspects parts produced per Company protocol.
  • Follows daily production schedules.
  • Ensures correct cutting parameters are used.
  • Moves production materials as needed.
  • Travel may be required for training.
  • Performs miscellaneous duties as required.
  • All other duties as assigned.
