Job description

Description

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be a key asset on our construction projects, safely and efficiently operating a diverse fleet of compact gear, heavy dirt iron, and support equipment. Because our projects span across the state, this position requires regular travel to jobsites throughout Florida and includes working over some weekends to meet project deadlines.

The ideal candidate is highly proficient in precision grading, trenching, and material handling, and is equally comfortable operating modern track loaders or running legacy fleet assets.
