Job description

CNC / Wire EDM Operator
Weekend Shift | Temp to Hire
Pay|$20 to $25 per hour depending on experience
Schedule| Weekend Shift : 5:AM-5:30 PM| Fri, Sat, Sunday. (Work 36 hours- get paid for 40 )

We are seeking a skilled CNC / Wire EDM Operator to join our precision manufacturing team on 2nd shift. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity with a company that values quality, reliability, and long term employees.

The ideal candidate will have experience with CNC machining or Wire EDM equipment and be able to independently set up and operate machines while producing high quality precision parts.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate Wire EDM and CNC machines
  • Load materials, fixtures, and tooling
  • Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
  • Make machine offsets and basic adjustments as needed
  • Monitor machine performance and maintain production quality
  • Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and pins
  • Maintain tight tolerances and quality standards
  • Perform routine tool changes and machine maintenance as required
  • Follow all safety and quality procedures
Qualifications
  • Previous CNC Machining or Wire EDM experience
  • Experience performing machine set ups independently
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Experience using precision measuring tools
  • Understanding of tight tolerance machining
  • Ability to make machine offsets and adjustments
  • Stable manufacturing work history
