Professional Summary of CNC Machinist
Blueworx is looking for a skilled and motivated CNC Machinist to join our team in Claremore! If you have a strong mechanical mindset, enjoy working with advanced machinery, and take pride in producing precise, high-quality parts, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.
As a CNC Machinist, you’ll work with both hardware and software to interpret specifications, set up tooling, operate CNC equipment, and ensure finished products meet quality standards. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and being part of a safety-focused team.


Responsibilities of CNC Machinist

  • Interpret and apply customer specifications and job requirements
  • Enter specifications and necessary information into CNC machines
  • Set up and prepare tooling for CNC machinery
  • Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Inspect work and maintain attention to detail throughout the machining process
  • Follow 5S principles and keep the work area clean, organized, and efficient
  • Follow all required safety policies and procedures
  • Work effectively with team members to meet production goals
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications of CNC Machinist

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Above-average mathematical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to stand for multiple hours throughout the workday
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Experience CNC Machinist

  • CNC certification or
