Hire Energy Staffing is hiring an experienced CNC Operator for a metal manufacturing facility in Mansfield, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with CNC machining experience who takes pride in producing quality parts, working safely, and being part of a dependable manufacturing team.
The facility specializes in forging and precision machining and operates advanced 3-to-5 axis CNC machining centers, vertical lathes, and milling machines. The machining operation supports both forged components and precision job-shop machining in a quality-driven manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machining equipment used to manufacture precision metal components
- Load and unload parts, materials, fixtures, and tooling as required
- Read and follow work orders, blueprints, drawings, and manufacturing instructions
- Perform machine offsets and basic adjustments to maintain part specifications
- Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify finished-part dimensions
- Inspect parts throughout the machining process to ensure quality and dimensional requirements are met
- Monitor machine performance and identify tooling, equipment, or quality issues
- Change tooling and inserts as needed
- Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
- Follow established safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate production or equipment concerns to supervisors and quality personnel

- Previous CNC machining or CNC operator experience in a metal manufacturing environment

Work Environment
