What You'll Do
  • Maintain a safe work environment and keep work area clean and organized
  • Set up, adjust, and operate CNC Lathe machine tools and many specialized or advanced variations of tools to preform precision machining
  • Manage daily operations to include cutting Rolling Mill rolls, spray welding roll passes, overseeing lathe maintenance/tooling and inventory
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for each job
  • Ability to recall specifics, methods, and processes
  • Comprehends and apply standards and procedures
  • Perform additional duties as needed
What You'll Need
  • Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment, with excellent strong work ethic, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with exposure to extremes in temperature, chemical, dust fumes and mists, uneven surfaces, loud noise, elevated work areas, and confined spaces
  • Basic computer skills
  • Dependability in attendance, work completion, and flexibility to meet business needs
  • Must be able to learn quickly and multitask
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Some overtime will be required
  • Work on a rotating shift which may include weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for duration of a shift, up to 12 hours; frequent physical activity such as walking, climbing stairs or reaching to work with equipment throughout the entire shift
