Position Overview:Work for one of the fastest growing companies in Central Oregon, building state-of-the-art commercial HVAC systems! We are currently hiring Entry-Level Assemblers to support our production operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are looking to start their career in manufacturing and gain valuable experience in a dynamic work environment. Job Description:

Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers, such as inspectors, precision workers, machine setters and operators, assemblers, fabricators, and plant and system operators.

• Keep records of employees' attendance and hours worked.
• Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.
• Read and analyze charts, work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports to determine production requirements and to evaluate current production estimates and outputs.
• Direct and coordinate the activities of employees engaged in the production or processing of goods, such as inspectors, machine setters, or fabricators.
• Conduct employee training in equipment operations or work and safety procedures, or assign employee training to experienced workers.
• Making Decisions and Solving Problems

• Inspecting Equipment, Structures, or Material
• Monitor Processes, Materials, or Surroundings
• Guiding, Directing, and Motivating Subordinates
• Coaching and Developing Others

• Confer with others to resolve production problems or equipment malfunctions.
• Enforce rules or regulations.
• Inspect production equipment.

Qualifications:

• 2 years manufacturing experience
• Active listening skills
• Critical thinking
• Able to work independently

Essential Physical Functions:

• Lift up to 50lbs.
• Sit or stand for up to 95 percent of work hours.
• Periodic visits to the manufacturing facility with seasonal hot and cold temperatures, dust, and some chemical fume exposure.
