About the Role:

The CNA Tier 2 position is a critical role within the healthcare team, focused on providing advanced patient care and support under the supervision of nursing staff. The CNA Tier 2 is expected to handle more complex tasks than entry-level CNAs, including specialized patient care procedures and documentation. This position requires strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care. Ultimately, the CNA Tier 2 contributes significantly to improving patient outcomes and enhancing the overall patient experience in the healthcare setting.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification from an accredited program.
  • Current state certification or licensure as required by local regulations.
  • Basic knowledge of patient care procedures and infection control standards.
