The Opportunity
As a Senior Associate - Managed Services - EPM Oracle Cloud, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will leverage your consulting skills to help clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and enhancing your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions while embracing ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities for growth.
In this role, you will be part of a team that specializes in business application consulting, providing consulting services across various Oracle applications. Your versatile knowledge will enable you to assist clients in optimizing their operations and achieving their goals. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards.

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
