As a Data Center Technician, you'll play a key role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and deploying the hardware and infrastructure that keeps mission-critical systems running around the clock.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve server, hardware, and infrastructure issues
  • Install, replace, and maintain servers, network equipment, and related components
  • Perform structured cabling, patching, and infrastructure support activities
  • Conduct diagnostics and root cause analysis to identify and resolve technical problems
  • Support rack installations, cable management, power distribution, and airflow optimization
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
  • Assist with data center projects, upgrades, and hardware deployments
  • Serve as a technical resource for junior team members when needed
