At Smart Edge, we specialize in face-to-face marketing, customer engagement, retail sales, and brand development for nationally recognized clients. As we continue to expand in the Milwaukee, WI area, we’re looking for a motivated, outgoing, and detail-oriented Brand Representative to join our growing team.

This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in branding, retail marketing, customer engagement, and sales within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. No previous marketing or sales experience is required — paid training and ongoing mentorship are provided.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute in-person marketing and sales campaigns to increase brand visibility and customer engagement
  • Represent client brands professionally inside retail locations and promotional environments
  • Engage directly with customers to introduce products, services, and current promotions
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or service options
  • Conduct face-to-face sales and assist interested customers throughout the enrollment or purchase process
  • Support customer acquisition and overall campaign sales goals
  • Assist with retail events, activations, and in-store promotional campaigns
  • Gather customer feedback to help improve marketing and outreach efforts
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain brand consistency and campaign effectiveness
