General Summary This position performs a variety of direct service functions for persons served who are enrolled in Autism program services, including services for adults and children.Â
This position reports to: Autism Clinical Supervisor
Essential Functions - Carries out daily program plans as prescribed through the individual plan of service and the Behavioral Treatment Plan.
- Assists persons served with the administration of medication as prescribed.
- Assists with the preparation of daily programming, organizing and assembling materials, and proper cleanup and storage of materials.
- Participates in person centered planning-related meetings as requested.
- Documents the progress of persons served through the completion of clinical service notes.
- Completes other agency documentation and training as required.
- Effectively and professionally communicates with families, persons served, and coworkers. Â Â

Other Functions - Participates in training and continuing education opportunities as assigned.

Employment Qualifications Â
Education:Â High school graduation.Â
Experience:Â Â
- Entry level position.  Â
- Prefers experience working with adults and children with Autism. Â

- Ability to write and speak effectively.
- Flexible Schedule
- Possession of a valid Michigan’s driver’s license.
