About the Role
Join our high-impact vaccine research team during peak season! We are seeking entry-level Clinical Research Coordinators to support the successful execution of vaccine clinical trials. Ideal candidates include experienced Medical Assistants or Research Associates eager to gain clinical research experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the coordination and execution of vaccine study protocols under the supervision of the Principal Investigator and senior staff
  • Schedule and facilitate participant study visits, procedures, and follow-ups
  • Collect and accurately enter clinical data; perform basic patient assessments and vitals
  • Support participant screening, consent, enrollment, and education to ensure protocol compliance
  • Maintain organized study records and ensure adherence to regulatory, institutional, and protocol guidelines
  • Communicate with study participants to provide education and support study requirements
  • Report adverse events, protocol deviations, and assist in other study-related problem solving
  • Follow Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and site standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • (If qualified) Assist with laboratory specimen collection and shipping
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associateโ€™s degree or higher preferred
  • Previous experience as a Medical Assistant, Research Assistant, or similar clinical setting
  • Familiarity with clinical research processes, medical terminology, and basic patient care
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively onsite and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Proficiency with basic computer systems (Microsoft Office); clinical software a plus
Preferred but Not Required:
  • MA certification, clinical research certification (e.g., CCRC), or willingness to obtain
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Experience with participant screening or electronic data systems
