We are currently seeking candidates for our client located in Center City, Philadelphia. This is an entry level role with a Corporate Healthcare firm, working with patients to best assist them with their healthcare billing support needs. Our client is working with healthcare providers and insurance companies to make billing and payments needs convenient and easy for patients!

Full time opportunity, M-F. Flexible schedule, usually starting 11AM-8PM or 12-9PM, a great work/life balance- no weekends required!

  • Handle incoming communication from patients, providers and insurance companies
  • Provide troubleshooting and website support for account holders
  • Assist in website navigation and log in support
  • Provide patients with updates, connect them with proper, in-network providers
  • Update account information with each interaction
  • Comply with HIPPA and other legal regulations
  • Contact healthcare care providers, insurance companies when needed.
  • Various other customer service and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Effective and professional communication abilities, strong customer service and organizational skills.
