What You'll Do:

  • Make outbound calls to shareholders using prepared scripts
  • Answer inbound questions and provide clear voting information
  • Record call outcomes accurately and follow standard operating procedures
  • Support ongoing proxy campaigns with basic administrative tasks
  • Work onsite daily in a fast-paced, professional environment, with additional remote hours (OT eligible).
