Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for an Entry-Level Shop Clean-Up position in Portland, OR. Our client is a well-established industry leader known for innovation and a commitment to delivering the highest quality products. With a focus on continuous improvement, they pride themselves on maintaining excellence at every stage of their manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

· Sweep, vacuum, and dust shop and production areas to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

· Empty trash and recycling containers throughout the facility.

· Clean lunchrooms, restrooms, office spaces, and other common areas.

· Pick up and organize off-fall and scrap materials around shop equipment.

· Assist with moving materials and products to and from pallets, dollies, and carts.

· Support shop employees with basic helper duties as needed.

· Maintain organized work areas and help ensure walkways and production areas remain free of debris.

· Follow all company safety procedures while working around shop equipment and materials.

· Assist with additional general labor and clean-up duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· No previous shop or manufacturing experience required.

· Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

· Ability to perform physical work, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.

· Comfortable working in a manufacturing and shop environment.
