The Warehouse Lead keeps daily warehouse operations running smoothly by coordinating tasks, setting the pace on the floor, and mentoring associates. This role leads Start of Shift meetings, assigns work, monitors production against KPIs, and steps in to train, coach, and support the team. A successful candidate leads by example, communicates clearly, and thrives on developing others.

Warehouse Lead Job Requirements:

  • Lead daily shift meetings and communicate priorities and expectations
  • Support training, coaching, and development of warehouse associates

  • 2-4 years of warehouse experience and 1-2 years of leadership experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, and warehouse systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
  • High school diploma or equivalent
