What are some common challenges faced by entry level civil engineering managers when transitioning from technical roles to management?

Entry level civil engineering managers often find the shift from hands-on technical work to overseeing teams and projects challenging. Balancing project deadlines, budgets, and quality control while managing communication between diverse stakeholders can be demanding.
