As an Entry-Level Civil Engineer (EI) in the Community Development and Planning group, you will work alongside industry experts to help develop construction plans and specification document sets for commercial and residential land development.

Your Role & Responsibilities

In this role, you will contribute to:

  • Design Elements – Design grading, drainage, and utility plan preparation.
  • Engineering Design & Modeling – Utilize industry-leading software to develop engineering solutions.
  • Project Documentation & Reporting – Assist in preparing technical reports and project plans.
  • Construction Cost Estimating – Support project budgeting and planning efforts.

What We Are Looking For

  • Academic Excellence – Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or within one semester of graduation) with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
  • Certification & Experience – Engineer Intern (EI) certification is required (or ability to acquire upon hire); 0-4 years of experience in community development and planning is preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency – Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is highly desirable.
  • Strong Communication Skills – Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly in both written and verbal formats.
