 CME Associates is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to launch your career in civil engineering, working on diverse projects that contribute to the development of infrastructure and communities. As part of our team, you will collaborate with experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in a supportive and innovative environment. 

Responsibilities
  • Project Design and Analysis: Assist in the preparation of civil engineering designs, plans, and specifications for various infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, water systems, and land development.
  • Site Investigation and Surveys: Conduct fieldwork, site investigations, and surveys to gather data for engineering assessments and project planning.
  • Technical Documentation: Prepare technical reports, calculations, and presentations to support project deliverables and client communications.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure designs and projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, codes, and standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, senior engineers, and multidisciplinary teams to meet project goals and deadlines.

Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) Certification: Preferred or willingness to obtain within the first year of employment.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
