Duties * You will manage all funding, resources, and employees assigned by the Branch Head. * You will be responsible for the planning and evaluation of assigned employee performance plans and individual development plan. * You will ensure branch productivity through effective employee performance feedback, communication, guidance, and succession planning for assigned employee. * You will interact with Branch Head, 5K Department leadership, and with branch affiliated program stakeholders to ensure Test and Evaluation resource needs are met for their assigned employees. * Responsible for the direction of assigned new engineers in the Engineer and Scientist Development Program (ESDP), providing oversight, guidance, leadership, and training during their initial years with NAWCWD.
