Responsibilities

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $121,300 per year. Final compensation will be determined by location, skills, experience, qualifications and the career level at which the position is filled.

Job Summary

Work within Old National Wealth Advisors (ONWA) to ensure adherence to applicable regulations, laws, policies and procedures Assist with coordinating internal and external audits and examinations. Support ONWA team members and LPL Compliance with following all laws, regulations & best practices. Work closely with the Wealth Risk Manager on high priority projects and tasks.

Key Accountabilities

    Assist with the timely coordination of materials required for periodic examinations, audits and branch exams.
  • Implement corrective actions for audit/exam issues and branch exam deficiencies to ensure identified issues are properly addressed
  • Serve as primary contact for advisors, assistants and team leadership for issues of compliance, branch exams, complaints and fraud
  • Develop and conduct Compliance Training for new employees and new policies/procedures
  • Communicate current compliance issues and updates via ONWA Monthly Team Call
  • Facilitate Oversight of program by ONB
  • Prepare and update LOB
