About the role

As a Representative, Account, you'll be the face of Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials (MCAM) for our customers-supporting Key Account Managers, nurturing existing relationships, and helping secure new business. MCAM supplies OEM parts and assembly services to medical, semiconductor, oil & gas, aerospace, and other high-tech markets, manufacturing critical components from high-performance polymers via CNC machining, injection molding, fabrication, and carbon fiber composites.

What you'll do
  • Own core sales activities: create quotes, enter orders, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

  • Estimate customer-provided conceptual engineering parts and support pricing accuracy.

  • Assist with evaluating and approving design changes, specifications, and drawing releases.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally through all stages of product development; interface with customers and internal teams to drive outcomes.

  • Conduct proactive customer follow-up and account maintenance to ensure timely service on existing accounts.

  • Perform additional sales support duties as assigned.

What you'll bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering preferred-or equivalent experience.

  • 2+ years of experience in sales (sales + product development experience preferred).

  • Industry exposure in semiconductor, military/defense, aerospace, medical, and/or industrial markets.

  • Familiarity with CNC machining of plastic and metal parts a plus; knowledge of high-performance plastic polymers preferred.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); strong presentation development skills.

The salary range for this position is $66,500 - $94,500. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
