Job description

Do you light up when you're talking to people? Do your friends already come to you before they buy anything off-road-related? If you love the outdoors, get a kick out of solving problems, and want to build a career with a brand that lives and breathes off-road culture — we want to meet you.

NACHO is looking for a Sales Support & Customer Experience Specialist to be the first friendly voice and face our customers and dealers interact with. You'll support our sales team, keep orders moving, and make sure every customer walks away feeling taken care of.

What you'll do

  • Deliver Outstanding Customer Service - Be the first point of contact for calls, emails, and website chat
  • Support The Sales Team - Manage order entry, quotes, and order status updates
  • Customer Support - Help customers with product questions, basic troubleshooting, shipping, warranty, and dealer onboarding and communication
  • improve operations and sales communications
  • Get hands-on knowledge of our products — lighting patterns, harnessing, installation basics — so you can speak to them confidently
  • Represent NACHO at trade shows and outdoor/off-road events

What we're looking for

  • A positive, high-energy person who makes the people around them better
  • Someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people and solving problems
  • Comfortable learning technical product details (no engineering degree needed — just curiosity)
  • Excited to be part of a company that's active at outdoor events, not stuck behind a desk all day
  • Off-road/powersports interest or experience is a big plus — but we'll train the right attitude
  • Entry-level friendly — we care more about drive and fit than years of experience

Why NACHO

  • A team-first, outdoors-loving culture
  • Real growth path into sales or operations
  • You'll be surrounded by people who love what this company makes
