Job description

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Pay: $19.00/hour starting rate
Training Start Dates: Tentatively July 27 or August 3
Location: Sandy Springs, GA (Onsite Position)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
  • Gather and verify customer information to accurately identify needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Educate customers on products, services, and processes to help prevent future issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns through phone, email, and chat support.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions within internal systems.
  • Receive, investigate, and resolve customer complaints while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Balance customer satisfaction with company policies and business objectives.
  • Make sound decisions that support both the customer and the organization.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Previous call center or contact center experience required.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and engaging phone presence.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Experience working within quality assurance standards and performance metrics.
  • Strong active listening skills with the ability to demonstrate empathy and understanding.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to follow established procedures across multiple systems.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
