  • Conduct entry-level player evaluations and make outbound calls as needed. 
  • Verify and distribute payments for jackpots and special payouts. 
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions. 
  • Handle guest requests, disputes, and complaints professionally. 
  • Safeguard company assets and reconcile daily transactions. 
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area. 
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.Â
