Onsite:
This position is open to applicants or individuals whoarelocatedinoraround Temecula CA and able to work 1st shift scheduled 8AM-4PM with flexibility for longer hours basedoff ofbusiness and peak needs.

The Role:

TheFulfillment Center Clerkis an onsiterole that combines clerical and operational responsibilities to support the daily functions of the fulfillment center. This positionsupportsshipping operations,inventoryand reporting tasks, and ensures compliance with client-specific and company-wide standards. The Clerk plays a key role inmaintainingworkflow efficiency, safety, and team coordination across multiple clients and departments.

What You'll Do:
Ensure compliance with client-specific pack-out and routing guide requirements
Oversee fulfillment operations for multiple clients on multi-station pack-out lines
Manage daily clerical reports and track non-merchandise inventory
Notify supervisors of operational issues and maintain safety protocols
Meet productivity and accuracy goals
Assist in other departments as needed

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment environment
Proficiencyin warehouse management systems and basic computer applications
Demonstratedability to manage reports, inventory, and team performance

Nice to Haves:

Previousexperience in a fulfillment orclericalrole
Experiencesupportingmulti-client operations
Bilingual communication skills

Physical Demands & Working Conditions:

Able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
Able to lift and carry up to50lbs
Able tomaintainfocus and attention to detail throughout the shift
Able to work overtime and in warehouse conditions (dust, noise, machinery, etc.)
