Job description

Position: Production Laborers
Pay: $17.00/hour
Shift: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm (1st shift)
Location: Phoenix, IL
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Production Laborer to start IMMEDIATELY at $17/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities:
  • Support manufacturing processes with general labor tasks
  • Sweep floors, remove debris, and relocate scrap material
  • Perform panel repairs and package materials
  • Conduct inventory counts and stack pallets
  • Use hand tools like hammers, crowbars, and box cutters
  • Assist forklift operators with battery and propane tank changes
  • Help with entry-level carpentry finishing tasks
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • At least one year of similar experience preferred
  • Ability to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs
  • Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
  • Comfortable working with fumes, dust, noise, and vibrations

Skills:
