Job description

Our maintenance technicians perform daily maintenance activities at at TreeHoppers Aerial Adventure Park, Scream-A-Geddon, & Snowcat

Ridge located in Dade City, FL. Helping to ensure maintenance & functionality of all business assets and machinery.

This is an entry level position. We are looking to expand our maintenance team.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensures maintenance tasks are performed on time and in a quality manner.

• Performs routine maintenance on facilities and making repairs as needed.

• Ensures interior and exterior areas, such as offices, parking lots, outdoor recreational spaces, park facilities,

etc. remain clean and free of any hazards.

• Maintains day-to-day operations of facilities.

• Prepares facilities for changing weather conditions.

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.

• Pass background check.

• Very good understanding of best practices of a safe workspace.

• Basic understanding of carpentry, plumbing, electrical and mechanical.

• Basic understanding of hand and power tools.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Working Conditions

-Requires 40-60 hours of work per week.

-Requires working some weekends and holidays, especially September, October, November, and December.

-Duties require working outdoors in varied weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain and wind.

-Heavy lifting, moving, and transporting equipment, materials & supplies.

Compensation

$15.00 per hour for the first 40 hours per week

$22.50 per hour for each hour worked over 40 hours per week
