Job Opportunity: Apprentice Carpenter and/or Skilled Laborers
Location: Snohomish County, WA
Pay: $22-32/hr DOE.
Schedule: Full-Time, Contract | 40+ hrs per week
About the Role
We are seeking reliable, motivated Apprentice Carpenters and/or Skilled Laborers who are eager to learn new skills, grow within the trade, and advance towards becoming a Journeyman Carpenter. Opportunities are available for upcoming commercial and industrial projects in Snohomish County, WA.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist carpenters and skilled tradespeople with commercial and industrial construction projects, including material handling, installation, demolition, and general labor.
  • Perform basic carpentry tasks such as measuring, cutting, fastening, framing, and assisting with material installation.
  • Safely use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and other construction equipment as trained and directed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite while following all company, OSHA, and project-specific safety requirements.
  • Work reliably as part of a crew, follow directions from supervisors, meet project schedules, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within the construction trade.
Requirements
  • Construction, carpentry, or general labor experience preferred; apprenticeship or entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance are required.
  • Must have the ability to safely perform physical construction duties, including lifting, carrying, bending, kneeling, standing, climbing, and working for extended periods.
