Status: Full-Time & Part-Time
Compensation: $15 - $17 plus commission/bonuses, OTE $22+ per hour

About the Role:
At WashU, a shift lead plays a key role in overseeing daily operations and supporting team performance during their assigned shift. This position is responsible for ensuring efficient operations, maintaining high-quality service standards, and delivering exceptional customer experience. Shift leads help guide team members, uphold company processes, and contribute to a positive, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficiency and quality standards
  • Supervise, assign tasks, and provide coaching to team members
  • Deliver excellent customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and resolving issues
  • Promote and upsell memberships and premium services
  • Monitor equipment and wash processes; report or address issues as needed
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility
  • Perform basic operational tracking (sales, cars serviced, incidents) and support inventory needs
