Job description

Budget Car Rental of Atlanta is currently accepting applications for a Part Time Car Detailers at our St. Simons Airport location. This is an entry level position greeting customers and preparing vehicles for rental. Qualified candidates must be flexible to working nights and weekends. We offer competitive pay, paid vacations, paid holidays, paid personal days, incentive bonuses, cash bonuses for perfect attendance, and a 401K.
Requirements
Responsibilities

  • Inspect vehicles for damage upon rental and return
  • Document mileage, damage and gas level upon vehicle return
  • Refuel vehicles and maintain gas logs when applicable (includes daily tank measurements)
  • Clean interior, exterior, and tires of all vehicles
  • Check and add fluids (if necessary) to vehicles
  • Ensure all safety features and mechanical devices are in working condition (i.e. lights, horn, windows, air-condition/heat, etc.)
  • Stage (fill out inspection slip w/ location) or deliver vehicle to customer
  • Support a team environment by assisting other agents, other locations and/or other areas when needed
  • Maintain current knowledge and adhere to the guidelines on all company policies and procedures, new training information, pricing and promotion etc.
Qualifications
  • Basic mechanical and maintenance knowledge of vehicles
  • Previous detail or car wash experience
  • Computer literate
  • High School Diploma and/or equivalent
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Possess a valid drivers license with a good driving record
  • Able to work at (and get to and from) various locations in and around Atlanta
  • Able to lift at least 30 lbs. and work outside
  • Professional communication skills
