SpaDerma Aesthetician Support Specialist

Since 2001 SpaDerma has been Chicago's leading medical spa providing Cosmetic Injectables, Laser Hair Removal and Advanced Skincare. Our team of skilled Aestheticians and Injectors provide effective treatments using the most advanced technology available. We pride ourselves in being an approachable and affordable brand where employee empowerment and patient satisfaction are the focal point.

SpaDerma was named the #1 Skinpen and #1 Hydrafacial account from 2022-2025 and continues to be amongst the top accounts with vendors nationwide. With over 130 employees and 5 spa locations we're looking to continue to build our team!

We are excited to expand our support team at our Headquarters in Chicago, located in Wicker Park. If you have a passion for aesthetics, we want to hear from you! This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to join a growing company and gain exposure to the medical aesthetics field. The ideal candidate thrives in a positive, fast-paced environment where attention to detail and exceptional customer service are key.

This is a full-time role, 36+ hours a week. Hours may be flexible however, at least one weekend day shift and closing shift will be required weekly.

We welcome applications from newly licensed aestheticians and students currently enrolled in an esthetics program. This entry-level call center position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the medical spa industry, learn our services and operations, and build a foundation for future growth within our organization.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a personalized, elevated experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage inbound calls, texts, and chats with professionalism.
  • Proactively book appointments to optimize the guest experience and schedule flow.
  • Confidently educate guests on services, treatments, memberships and offerings.
  • Seamlessly coordinate schedules across providers(Aestheticians and Injectors) and locations.
  • Address inquiries with discretion, escalating when needed.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client profiles.
  • Communicate with support staff across all locations to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable office environment.
  • Support leadership with additional responsibilities as needed.
Job Requirements:
  • 2+ years in customer service, call center, sales, or high-volume scheduling.
  • Strong phone presence with excellent communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy; proficient in Google Workspace and scheduling platforms.
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking and attention to detail.
  • Efficient in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments.
  • Team-oriented and solution-focused.
  • Aesthetics experience or license a plus, not required.
  • High school diploma required; additional education or relevant experience preferred.

Not required, but preferred: Esthetics license or enrolled in Esthetic school
