Position Overview

As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR), you’ll be responsible for generating qualified appointments through high-volume outbound calling.

This is a high-energy, entry-level sales role where your primary focus is simple:

connect with decision-makers, create interest, and set appointments for our partners.

You’ll be given the tools, training, scripts, and support needed to succeed—your job is to bring the consistency, effort, and competitive mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to businesses across targeted industries
  • Connect with decision-makers and generate interest in partner services
  • Set qualified appointments for outside sales teams
  • Track all activity in CRM systems (calls, contacts, outcomes)
  • Send follow-up emails and supporting materials when needed
  • Participate in daily/weekly team huddles, coaching, and training
  • Consistently hit or exceed daily activity targets (calls, conversations, appointments)
