Join our team at Staff Management | SMX and help ensure pets receive the healthy, clean, and carefully packaged food they need. We are currently hiring Warehouse Associates for 1st and 2nd shift.

Shifts:
  • 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 am - 3:30 pm $17.00
  • 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 4:00 pm - 2:30 am $17.50
  • Mandatory overtime for Fridays and the possibility of some Saturdays

Job Responsibilities
Warehouse Associate
  • NO warehouse experience needed.
  • At least one year of work history.
  • Entry-level warehouse position with paid on-the-job training.
  • Job duties will include general labor, handling materials, sorting, picking, packing, or repacking. Will be standing for 10 hours, must be able to lift up to 20 pounds, and have reliable transportation. The dress code is casual.

Palletizer Operator
  • Operate palletizing equipment to assemble products on pallets
  • Must have 2+ years of similar experience
  • Complete the necessary paperwork
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Forklift Operator
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Forklift Operator experience, 2-year minimum.
  • Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs.
  • 1 year of experience in a warehousing/distribution environment.
  • Ability to sit/walk/stand for long periods.
  • Follow all PPE standards in the distribution center, such as wearing steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, a safety vest, and any other standards provided by site leadership.
