What You'll Do Depending on your assigned position, you'll be responsible for producing and preparing high-quality bakery products while maintaining our commitment to food safety, consistency, and exceptional quality. Responsibilities include: Prepare, bake, decorate, assemble, or separate bakery products according to job role, company recipes, specifications, and quality standards. Measure, mix, prepare, and finish products while following established production procedures. Decorate cakes with precision while maintaining presentation and consistency standards (Cake Decorator). Separate, organize, package, and prepare finished bakery products for distribution and sale (Separator). Monitor product quality throughout the production process. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area. Follow all food safety, sanitation, Health Department, and company regulations. Properly operate, clean, and maintain bakery equipment. Work efficiently to meet daily production schedules and deadlines. Assist with inventory rotation and quality control. Cross-train and support other bakery or storefront departments as business needs require. Work collaboratively with store leadership and fellow associates. Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and follow all company policies and procedures. Qualifications We're looking for candidates who have: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous bakery, cake decorating, food production, restaurant, or kitchen experience preferred. Passion for creating high-quality bakery products. Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management skills.
