CRM (Dynamics) Data Management • Maintain and update lead and prospect information in Dynamics, ensuring data integrity and completeness. • Track all business development activities, interactions, and outcomes related to new business pursuits. • Generate and distribute regular reports and dashboards on lead pipeline, activity metrics, and conversion rates. 3. Business Development Support • Assist Business Development colleagues in the pursuit of new leads by preparing tailored materials, presentations, and outreach content. • Coordinate the dissemination of thought leadership, marketing collateral, and firm updates to prospective clients. • Support the organization and execution of business development campaigns, events, and webinars targeting new prospects. 4. Content & Communication Support • Draft and proofread prospect communications, including introductory emails, follow-ups, and meeting summaries. • Ensure all client-facing materials are accurate, professional, and aligned with firm branding and messaging. 2 • Collaborate with Marketing and Communications teams to leverage content in support of lead generation efforts. 5.
