What We’re Looking For:

  • Experienced Technicians:

  • Entry-Level Technicians:
Enthusiastic individuals with a passion for technology and a willingness to learn. No prior experience is required!
  • Certifications:
Industry certifications like CEDIA, BICSI, or manufacturer-specific certifications are a plus, but not required.
  • Team Players:
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Problem Solvers:
Resourceful individuals who excel in dynamic environments and can troubleshoot complex issues with ease.
  • What you'll be doing

Installing, terminating, and testing structured cabling (Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6A) across commercial, healthcare, hospitality, and government facilities

Pulling and splicing single-mode and multi-mode fiber, running OTDR and Fluke tests, and documenting results cleanly

Installing and commissioning IP camera systems (Axis, Hanwha, Avigilon) and access control hardware (Lenel, Genetec, HID readers)

Building out MDF/IDF rooms — cable management, labeling, patch panels, and rack buildouts done to spec every time

Working across active, occupied environments (hospitals, hotels, senior living) — professional conduct and accountability are non-negotiable

Coordinating with project managers and GCs on active job sites — you're representing TNC, and that means something

  • What you need to bring

2+ years in low-voltage installation — structured cabling, fiber, or security systems; we'll verify your work history

Proficiency with hand tools, fish tape, punch-down tools, and termination equipment — this is hands-on work every day

Ability to read and execute from construction drawings and as-builts

Valid driver's license, clean background (required for VA and government site access), and reliable transportation

BICSI, RCDD, or manufacturer certifications (Lenel, Axis, Commscope, Panduit) are a strong plus — not a dealbreaker
