Job SummarySeeking a highly accurate Data Entry Specialist to support high-volume manual data entry, validation, and digital document processing. The ideal candidate has strong ten-key/keyboard proficiency, can maintain 45+ WPM with zero errors, and thrives in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment. Medical document experience is a plus.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform high-speed manual data entry (10,000–15,000 keystrokes/hour).
Accurately verify data from incoming hardcopy and digital documents.
Validate automatically classified and extracted digital document data.
Confirm accuracy of automated redactions and correct as needed.
Complete manual metadata indexing for digital documents.
Perform quality control for digitally converted documents.
Validate checks, reconcile batches, and assist with check distributions.
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to customer standards.
Maintain productivity, quality scores, and detailed documentation.
Collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Required QualificationsTyping test (mandatory) — 45 WPM+ with zero errors (must be attached).
10-key proficiency — 10,000+ keystrokes (must be listed on resume).
Minimum 2 years of data entry or related clerical experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to analyze and correct automated data exceptions.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with data processing systems.
