Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeping Assistant to support our accounting team. The successful candidate will assist with maintaining financial records, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring the accuracy of financial data. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record daily financial transactions in accounting software.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare and issue invoices to customers.
  • Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
