Summary: Reporting to the Office Manager, the Office Clerk will provide support to the office, along with support to a team of managers and office staff, and to other departments as needed. A strong belief in the mission and goals of the company and the capability of working in a team environment are necessary for this position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry and Recordkeeping:Entering information accurately into spreadsheets, databases, or company software, and maintaining both physical and electronic records
  • Communication:Answering phones, responding to emails, distributing memos, and serving as a point of contact for clients, customers, and colleagues
  • Reception Duties:Greeting visitors, managing inquiries, and providing general assistance when needed
  • Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable, including simple bookkeeping and banking tasks
  • Complies with all company policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned within the reasonable scope of role responsibilities
  • Is present at workstation and ready to work at starting time.
  • Maintains a tidy work area.
