You’ll gain hands-on experience with essential accounting systems and software, contributing to accurate record-keeping and financial reporting that fuels our growth and success.
Responsibilities
Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and transaction recording using accounting software such as QuickBooks Online or similar platforms
Prepare and process journal entries, ensuring proper debits and credits in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions by verifying invoices, processing payments, and managing customer or vendor account details
Conduct balance sheet reconciliation and account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities
Assist in payroll processing by maintaining employee records and ensuring timely payroll submissions
Generate basic financial reports and summaries to aid senior accountants in financial report writing and analysis
Experience
