Framework Staffing is looking for Packers/Machine Operators for multiple global manufacturers to perform various tasks to setup, operate, monitor, troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on assigned machines.

***Mon-Fri, 6:45PM to 7AM***

***Entry Level***

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Executing standard operating procedures related to the inspection of product and materials.
  • Monitor machine operations to ensures products manufactured meet industry and federal standards.
  • Responsible for managing line performance, serves as point of contact for line on shift.
  • Responsible for SAP transactions.
  • Advanced troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Advanced preventive maintenance capabilities.
  • Complete quality paperwork for product inspections and entry into QIS system.
  • Perform advanced changeover duties.
  • Observe and follow all company safety rules and regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED.
  • Must be able to understand and read measurements in millimeters; use and understand all other measuring tools.
  • Ability to lift up to 55 lbs & walk/stand on the production floor 100% of the time.
  • Minimum 1 year related experience for any job available.
  • Strong interpersonal and motivational skills.
  • Must be able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to work outside regular business hours as required.
  • Must be able to read/speak/write English, (Due to machines being in English), and understand technical materials, (Training manuals & vendor instructions). Then using the materials to collect information necessary to troubleshoot & solve the problem.
  • 12 panel drug test & background check required. No felonies in the last 7 years & no pending criminal charges.
