What You'll Do
  • Collect, organize, and maintain business data from multiple sources.

  • Enter, verify, and clean data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

  • Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and potential issues.

  • Prepare recurring reports, summaries, and dashboards.

  • Use Microsoft Excel and other business tools to organize and analyze information.

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.

  • Assist with data quality checks and resolve discrepancies.

  • Support forecasting, reporting, and business-performance projects.

  • Work with internal teams to understand reporting requirements.

  • Present findings and observations in clear, easy-to-understand formats.

  • Maintain confidentiality when handling company and customer information.

  • Assist with other analytical and administrative projects as assigned.

Required
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Comfortable working with numbers and information.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Basic Microsoft Excel or spreadsheet knowledge.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.

  • Reliable, professional, and able to meet deadlines.

Preferred — Not Required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.

  • Experience with Excel formulas, PivotTables, or data visualization.

  • Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.

  • Previous internship, administrative, customer service, finance, or data-entry experience.
